Who we are

Blukolla Health was built for those who keep this country running, the ones who build, dig, drive and push through long shifts so their families are looked after.

We’re led by a New Zealand Registered Nurse with boots on the ground experience, not just in the hospital system, but out on site, working shoulder to shoulder in the dirt, the tunnels, and the noise. With roots in a family that's spent over 50 years in civil construction, we understand what it means to work hard, work hurt, and still show up the next day.

We bring straight up Occupational Health and Wellness services to the site, where you are, when you need it. We’re here to make looking after your crew simple, accessible, and built around the realities of the job.

This isn’t just about checklists or compliance. It’s about creating a culture where Health and Wellbeing is part of the job. We're here to support the men and women who show up every day for their families, it’s time someone showed up for them.

OUR VALUES

  • We stand shoulder-to-shoulder with workers, employers, and communities, recognising that health and safety is built on relationships. Guided by Te Tiriti o Waitangi, we honour partnership and inclusion, respecting diverse cultures and ways of working. Like all solid foundations, family and connection are central, we protect the collective, not just the individual.

  • We bring a rugged, real-world approach to occupational health, practical, no-nonsense, and grounded in respect. Our care goes beyond compliance, ensuring the wellbeing of workers in body, mind, and spirit. We protect people where they are, valuing their whakapapa, their identity, and their environment.

  • We build strength and resilience into every workplace we serve, helping workers stand strong no matter the challenges. We recognise wellbeing as a balance of physical, spiritual, mental, and environmental health. Through participation and shared responsibility, we empower businesses and workers to thrive, today and into the future.
